It's no surprise that Keds are making a serious comeback. Proof: Alexis Krauss of the supercool Brooklyn duo Sleigh Bells religiously rocks Keds (um, have you seen their latest music video?) and the canvas tie-ups are even featured on the band's new album cover, Reign of Terror, which hits stores today. We're so excited to announce that Keds are teaming up with Madewell for a limited-edition sneaker collection, so Lex Krauss (as we affectionately call her) and every sneaker lover worldwide can rejoice at the endless possibilities these colorful kicks can bring to their ensembles.

The line is inspired by Madewell's Spring 2012 collection with designs like funky fresh stripes, vibrant colors, and spirited polka dot prints. That's right: blue-and-white polka dot Keds now exist. *high five* We've only been waiting for a pair of these for, um, the last two decades, but we're not mad! Can you imagine the mixed-print possibilities with patterned leggings and these bad boys? Epic. We're totally taking style tips from all those clashing prints at Fashion Week. The purple, orange, blue, and red striped Keds with leather laces would go perfectly with any Aztec-inspired wardrobe pieces, and for the trendy, colorblock-obsessed gals, lay your eyes on the pretty teal and orange striped sneaks. The fashion-forward kicks retail for $50 and are available on right this second! Get yourself a pair (or two) of these spectacular sneaks to brighten up your spring wardrobe in a snap, and excuse us while we buy five of each style.
