Elizabeth Olsen is making quite the name for herself. Even though her last name is synonymous with her well-known designer siblings, the Olsen twins, who also got their start in showbiz before venturing into the world of fashion, Elizabeth is focused on the craft of acting and in playing unconventional roles. Lucky for those of us who are style-obsessed, she's into dressing the part on the red carpet, too. Already one of our 2012 Girls to Watch, Miss Olsen continues to catch our attention when wearing everything from glam designer dresses to killer tiger sweatshirts. (Oh, yeah, and she's pals with Karl Lagerfeld.) Still a relatively new style star, we're sure all of that is about to change with her new role as the cover star of the March 2012 issue of ASOS magazine.

Wearing a bevy of bright spring prints while frolicking amongst leaves, we love this off-kilter mix of black and white vertical jail stripes with multi-colored horizontal stripes. The silk blouse is by Elizabeth's sisters' line Elizabeth & James (which is named after her, obvs), and the Aztec striped jacket is by MiH. It all flows in a whimsical yet haphazard way that works with natural hair and minimal makeup. We're totally coveting that low-hanging Frieda & Nellie retro disco cowgirl necklace, too.

Floral prints are mega huge for spring, especially when mix n' matched along with other prints or overblown as a statement. Such is the case with this blouse of sequined wonderment (above left) courtesy of London label Ashish. This is a whole lotta flower power, but it works and would be fun with colored jeans and bright heels. Lace is also a popular spring trend, and we love that ASOS stylist, Zeba Lowe, chose to layer Olsen in muted lace with hints of neon peeking through. Her dual lace dresses (above right) are an MSGM sleeveless lace dress over a Camilla and Marc mesh dress. We could see this look topped with a certain piece she's been wearing from her older sisters' more upscale line, The Row. She tells ASOS magazine, "For two years, I didn't buy anything. I've had this [grabs a huge, grey faux-fur jacket] for two years. It was a sample from The Row that never got made." Even though she doesn't want to be constantly linked to her famous siblings, we gotta say that it must be pretty cool to get their castoffs.
