We were feeling kinda sad/cold/like the sun has abandoned us forever and needed a mid-winter pick me up STAT. We turned to the internetz (obvs) only to find some fierce fashion bloggers sporting bright blazers, and it instantly lifted our sour mood. We thought, "Hey! We should probably spread this fashion cheer with others," so we're doing juuuuust that. Plus, HELLO. Neon blazers are the best because they can be thrown over any outfit for instant pizazz. We spotted three lovely ladies who wore blindingly bright blazers in the most cop-worthy of ways. Are rainbows and butterflies suddenly appearing all around you yet?
Beth Jones of B Jones Style
California girl Beth is the MASTER of mixing prints. One scroll through her blog, and you'll soon be wondering to yourself, "Hmm, why didn't I think of that?!" She's super inspiring to say the least, which is why we loved her ensemble. She wore an orange vintage Gaultier blazer paired with—get this—plaid Elsewhere Vintage pants. Bold move! We know this combination sounds cray, but how GOOD does this look?! She also sported a thrifted purple floral print shirt, a vintage Moschino belt, a green Elsewhere Vintage hat, a Brahmin bowler bag, and Nine West high-heel loafers.
Flávia Desgranges van der Linden of Fashion Coolture
Brazilian beauty Flávia somehow managed to make menswear incredibly feminine in her ensemble. It's not easy to sport a bow tie (though we've seen bloggers who've done it before!), but she made it work with a fuchsia Renner blazer, white button-up Makenji shirt, leather shorts, hot pink strappy platforms, and a glittery black ASOS clutch. We love that she added circle glasses for an extra touch of geek-chic but left her hair down to show she's not too uptight.
Aisa Ipac of Drowning Equilibriums
Philippines-based blogger Aisa has a style that is exactly 50 percent fun and 50 percent fearless. Exhibit A: Her neon green and polka dot pants ensemble. You'd probably never think to pair such bold pieces together, but Aisa shows that it works in the most perfect of ways. Her Riots Barbie blazer is paired with a white Unarosa tube top, thick brown belt, navy and white polka dot PINKaholic cuffed pants, Chick Flick ankle strap wedges, and a black shoulder SG bag. She kept her accessories minimal as to not distract from her uh-mazing ensemble, and we like that. *high five*
