Happy BREAKING DAWN week!!! Yes, lords and ladies, the moment has finally arrived, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn—Part 1 is officially HERE. We actually get to see the wedding, the DRESS, the honeymoon, and (*spoiler alert*) all of the CRAY BABY magic that is the first of the final installment to this triumphant love story, and we get to see it in t-minus 3 DAYS and counting (a little less if you have midnight showing tickets). If you're like us, then you've been glued to the 'puter since last night, ingesting all of the style wonderment that comes along with the cacophonous juggernaut that is a Twilight premiere. Not only have fans been camping out in "tent city" since last Wednesday, the speculation on what each star will wear has been high.

Will Kristen Stewart choose something short and angular? (Nope, she wore a long and sparkly J. Mendel spring 2012 runway gown slit wayyyy up the leg.) Will Ashley Greene stun in Donna Karan since she's the face of the brand? (Yep, she wore custom-made Donna.) What about the dudes? Robert Pattinson wore a super tailored gray Gucci suit while Taylor Lautner style-slayed it in Alexander McQueen. But was there anything unusual? (Ohhhhh, YES, but we'll get to that in a moment.) If there was one trend of the night, it was long and lovely gowns on zee ladies. MTV News captured it all live from the black carpet, and we're here to break it DOWN...

Quite simply, the Twilight ladies turned it OUT at the premiere. Despite the chill in the usually balmy Southern Cali air, there was nothing but sunshine emanating from these lovelies. Julia Jones wore a flowing white chiffon dress, natural hair and makeup, and peep-toe heels. It was a simple, somewhat Malibu beachy type of look, and she pulled it off with effortless femininity. As mentioned before, Ashley Greene had the fans SCREAMING for her custom Donna Karan gown that featured a lace overlay and strips of vivid red that matched both her lips and nails. The dress contoured her figure and then swirled at her feet for a modernized old-Hollywood feel. Nikki Reed chose a one-shoulder mint green Marchesa dress rimmed in silver sequins along the arms and waist (which matched the sparkle of her new wedding ring). And, WHOA, Christian Serratos had a style moment in a fuchsia McQueen gown that emphasized the, ahem, décolletage as well as brightening her already dewy complexion. *Hat tip* to Miss Serratos...this look was glam and GORGE.

Kristen Stewart was poised perfection in her midnight blue gown slit high up the leg and paired with the smokiest of smoky eyes, matching blue nails, and a Neil Lane ring. She spent some time chatting with Carolina Herrera, the designer of her wedding dress, er Bella's wedding dress. Ms. Herrera told MTV News that she took part in the "magical moment of the wedding" (i.e., the GOWN) and that she treated Bella "like every other bride." When asked what Kristen thought of the gown, Ms. Herrera said, "She was very moved." She later added that "she knows exactly what she wants to wear" and thinks Kristen can pretty much wear anything (we agree). Kristen eventually ditched the mile-high platform heels for a pair of Nike sneaks not to rest her feet like you'd imagine but because, as she told MTV News, she "hurt [herself] again." Whew, this Snow White and the Huntsman princess warrior role seems intense.

Jackson Rathbone at the premiere of "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn—Part 1" in Los Angeles.

So, remember when we mentioned there was an UNUSUAL look on the red carpet last night? Yep, this was it. Sigh, Jackson Rathbone. We love ourselves some Jasper Hale in Twilight, what with his subtle Southern drawl and permanently wide-eyed stare, but this business above is, well, a little terrifying. We applaud his sartorial audacity and all (because he truly seemed to enjoy what he was wearing), but crushed red velvet has never been a particularly style-savvy choice. Also, there's so much going on with the black shirt, tie, and waistcoat, not to mention the errant collar chain. His face looks fresh, clean, and appropriately guylined around the eyes, but this look screams LITERAL VAMPIRE...of the Interview With a Vampire kind. Still, can't wait to see you in Breaking Dawn, J-Rath!
