Alexa Chung is a busy gal these days. It was recently announced that she'll be hosting the new fashion reality show 24-Hour Catwalk for the Lifetime network (also home to Project Runway), which we're assuming is all about designers creating outfits for the catwalk in 24 hours. Frankly, we're glad she's back stateside, ready to dole out her signature raspy-voiced witticisms on camera (R.I.P. It's On with Alexa Chung) while, surely, wearing ensembles that'll have us clamoring to re-create the look. But wait, no need to clamor, folks, Alexa's got us covered! The new Alexa Chung for Madewell fall collection is set to hit stores on Sept. 22, and judging from the campaign ads and a new video featuring Alexa romping around Austin, Texas, ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING looks like it needs to fly into our closet RIGHT NOW.

If you weren't able to get your hands on the super cute "Hello" bat T-shirt or pair-it-with-everything olive silk skirt from her first collection, prepare yo'selves for round 2, y'all. In the video, set to the song "All Die Young" by the Smith Westerns, Alexa bums around the vintage-y looking college town in a black trench coat and bright red fisherman's beanie (very Submarine). She also lounges languidly on a porch swing in a long-sleeved lace top (fall trend alert!) and her ubiquitous high-waisted shorts. Sigh, the perils of being blessed with colt legs. We love the mix of muted, layered basics and simple, printed blouses and trousers—these are the types of separates that go with both your weekday and weekend looks. Also? We MUST get our hands on the SERIOUSLY KILLER leopard-print platform boots. You just know these beauties are going to fly off the shelves!

We're also heart-ing the gray poncho capelet she's wearing while chilling out in an old Volvo and the dusty fedora she effortlessly tosses upon her brunette bob with nonchalant insouciance. Don't even get us started on the strawberry ice cream-pink (corduroy?) shorts with the black and white polka dot blouse. Really, it's all too much (and we WANT it ALL, too much). We just hope she'll throw in some more hand-drawn T-shirts and accessories such as the one she sketched for her first Madewell collection, featuring then boyfriend Alex Turner of the Arctic Monkeys. From the last shot of this new video, it appears there might be a mini accessories bag with hand-drawn eyes on it. Ah, OUR eyes can't stop fluttering.
