We don't want to play favorites, but in the vast sea that is Mega Fashion Mag Month, Bullett magazine has managed to float to the top of the pile. We've been OBSESSED with this new culture and style mag for the past year, not to mention its carefully curated array of subjects who are cinematically shot wearing the latest (and edgiest) labels. Every issue features up-and-coming actors and artists we should get to know as well as more well-known ones we need to know better. Case in point, this month's cover star, Christina Ricci, who's all dolled up in her best urban glam. Continue flipping the pages and you get an insightful interview with Oscar nominee Anna Kendrick conducted by indie queen Parker Posey. Oh, and then there's a profile of your guaranteed soon-to-be crush Matthew Gray Gubler. Shall we take an exclusive peek? YES, PLEASE.

Li'l Miss Ricci is all grown up, but we've been OK with that ever since she kissed both Johnny Depp and Justin Timberlake. In this Bullett spread, she stomps concrete in a space-age, black sparkle dress by Falguni and Shane Peacock (a label that will, incidentally, be showing for the first time at next month's New York Fashion Week), and she also perches against a wall in a slinky Rachael Cassar black gown with gold-studded Ruthie Davis platforms. She does this while sporting our new lust-worthy hairstyle, too, the Flock of Seagulls side sweep. In the accompanying article, Ricci opens up about her role in ABC's 1960s-set Pan Am, which already has us hunting vintage stores for tailored, sky blue suits. She recently moved to Brooklyn to shoot the show, and by the looks of this feature—especially the shot of her crouching curbside in a long, Dolce & Gabbana star dress—we'd say Miss R already fits right in.

Bullett also features a mod-goth spread with Up in the Air Oscar nominee Anna Kendrick as well as a revealing Q&A done by Party Girl Parker Posey. The shoot is summer-to-fall friendly, with versatile pieces like a Libertine brocade dress accented by a very macabre looking Bliss Lau bracelet. We're also digging the black Risto jumpsuit and Missoni maxi dress tipped out in fall's feather trend. Kendrick talks about living in L.A. and feeling different in Hollywood, but we feel these photos actually prove that she stands out for the better.

Then there's Matthew Gray Gubler, who Bullet aptly describes as a gifted polymath with his plethora of talents, including actor (he's Dr. Spencer Reid on Criminal Minds), former model, record label owner, and music video director (he shot "Don't Shoot Me Santa" for The Killers). I don't think we need to go into his role as Crush of Our Dreams because you can just take a look at this celestial photo shoot and agree. The man even makes a turtleneck sweater look modern and swoon-y. We're partial to the jeans and T-shirt look, though, especially when topped with a super suave Prada jacket. The Las Vegas native talks about his rampant creativity and tells Bullett that he's "always considered life a detour." We couldn't agree more. Consider us detoured.
