The biggest thing to happen to cinema OF ALL TIME (Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2, F.Y.I.) is just days away, so to keep our style game up to snuff with Wizarding World events, MTV Style counts down which Harry Potter characters’ closets we’d most like to raid and how best to cop their magical style. The competition was tough, but we whittled the cast down to five of the most stylish witches and we’ll count down to the premiere (while you watch the Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 2 red carpet live!) by showing you ways to steal your favorite Potter character’s look. First up, Fleur Delacour as played by the lovely Clémence Poésy.

After she stole the heart of every single young man at Hogwarts, Fleur became smitten with Bill Weasley, the eldest of the Weasley boys. Part Veela (which means her enchanting effect over the menfolk is not just physical, but magical), the Women Weasley didn’t take to the French-speaking mademoiselle quickly, until Fleur proved she loved Bill no matter what (thanks to a vicious werewolf attack). For her loyalty, Mrs. Weasley blessed Fleur with a Goblin-made tiara, a family heirloom Fleur then wore to her wedding. See? The French ARE loyal!

Though Beauxbaton’s uniforms are hard to come by, this ASOS Chambray Cape Jacket adds a little flouncy attitude to a typical summer shirt. For her nuptials, Fleur chose a simple white dress with a little embellishment; this light peach dress has the same vibe, but can go from a wedding to a reception with no fuss.
For that Veela glow, try a rose tint with just a kiss of shimmer. For a totally Fleur smooth sheen, try the all-natural Alterna Brilliance Cream, which works on clean (i.e., just out of Hogwarts’ lake) hair. Flaxen hair does best with shampoo meant to tame light colors, and we love how Redken tones down the brassiness in blonde. Even if you aren’t interning at Gringott’s Bank, a Francophile can keep all of her notes in this Parisian-themed Moleskine notebook. No, it isn’t Goblin-made, but we think this simple but delicate tiara would let a beauty like Fleur’s shine without too much overstatement. Check back in tomorrow for our next closet to plunder!
