Katy Perry on the cover of this month's Rolling Stone is the pop music equivalent of a gorgeous starlet going ugly for an Oscar. Just as we are still trying to unburn the image of her spewing oatmeal-colored vomit out of our minds, she comes with this delightful, sugary shoot, reminding us of a certain hottie who has her mind set on melting our popsicle. No doubt KP has a sweet tooth, but this time she traded in her whipped cream-shooting bra for a silver-y Hershey's , er, Katy's Kiss. The shoot is laden with tooth-rotting goodness, from her plastic-y and poppy accessories that look practically edible to her chowing down on an orchid, to the Coca-Cola-inspired "Enjoy God" Jeremy Scott shirt she wears, these images are giving us delicious delicious diabetes.

Taken by Terry Richardson, the photographer tapped when you need your pictures to go from hot to literally-burning-our-retinas-with-steaminess, you can see Katy lounge on balconies (in a rad cutout hot pink body-con dress, paired with loopy, dangled earrings) and get hosed down in a leopard bikini. The food imagery is definitely a thing that she has cultivated. She tells Rolling Stone, ""I see everything in color. When I see road construction and they have those little things on the road, I see them as candy canes. I try and find the cute in all things in life." Yum.
