When Brad Pitt first unveiled his new seedy-dude-slicked-back-hair-and-goatee combo for his new film Cogan’s Trade (bottom right), we instantly thought, “Ew, gross #vom” and “I bet his character smells like cigarettes and rotting molars.” But THEN we remembered that it’s Brad Pitt, which THEN made us think, “ZOMG remember his hair in Legends of the Fall????” And “*swwoooooooooooon* when he and Gwyneth (circa Sliding Doors [GUH-REAT movie btw]) were hair twyneths and how cute THAT was???” Which is just about the point that we stopped everything else we were doing to get our Google image on for an entire rundown of Brad Pitt’s hair + beard situations over the years. And I’ll tell you what: It was hella rewarding (especially those years between ’92-’97 when he was experimenting with bleach and a breezy side part that no one else living or dead has since successfully pulled off with as much #swagswagswagswag). Anyway, newsflash: Brad Pitt is so insanely hot it is alarming sometimes. Here are a bunch of images of him jarring the bejesus out of everyone all over again and reminding mere mortals of the unfairness of gene distribution *runs around the room high-fiving entire MTV Style staff for having the coolest job EVER*.
