Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson are the greatest (and the only well-known?) wedding crashers of our generation, but Kendrick Lamar might be on the way to taking their crowns.
TMZ got hold of a video of Dot and co. -- it looks like his engineer, Mixed by Ali, and a few others -- hitting the dance floor at a wedding, reportedly in Columbus, Ohio, that they weren't exactly invited to.
As you can see, the chain of events goes more or less as you'd expect: Kendrick heads to the dance floor; Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" plays; Dot hits the dab; Ali twirls around an elegantly-dressed woman; everyone's all smiles...
...And then an attendee sniffs out what they're up to -- "Who got married," he fires off, pop quiz-style -- and isn't having it.
And, frankly, I don't blame him. I'm guessing most wedding participants and guests don't want total strangers posting up by their open bar and snagging some steak. Plus, it's not like Kendrick was dressed for the part -- maybe he could take a cue on that front from Vince and Owen next time -- so he looked a little out of place.
Apparently, though, when someone realized it was Kendrick, tensions were eased. It's unclear whether or not the rap star went on his way at that point, or kept doing this, but I'm just going to watch this on a continuous loop and imagine that it was the latter.
Kendrick has been on a bit of a dancing tear of late. Last year, he let loose in his "i" video.
And just last month, he Hit the Quan (and a lot more) in "These Walls."
Let's hope there's more moves like these on the way. Kendrick told us that he always dances like no one's watching.
