It was only a matter of time before Cassidy responded to Meek Mill's diss on "Kendrick You Next." Cassidy returns with "Catch A Body," in which he begins, "F--k Meek Mills, Dreamchasers, MMG...I'm about to body y'all."
Rapping over Canibus' "Second Round K.O." beat (which Canibus used to diss LL Cool J in 1998), Cass raps, "I'm too damn sick"...This is a dog fight...I'm like high beams, you like a fog light." Cassidy then throws shots at Meek for switching beats on his own "Kendrick You Next."
Last week, Meek pulled out the track against his fellow Philly spitte, rapping, "First off, f---ed your bitch n---a get a blood test/You a upset n---a , where the love at?/When we talking 'bout Philly know I f---ing run that!" Meek starts off. He adds later, "Easy n---a, I talk greasy n---a/ I'mma stunt on Instagram just to tease you, n---a."
Cassidy and Meek's beef has been brewing for some time, but Cassidy told MTV News that it would not go further than music. "It's not personal beef. I don't wanna see anything happen to him or anybody around him," he said. "I'm just competitive and I take my music seriously."
