Frank Ocean And Tyler, The Creator Team Up On 'Partyisntover/Campfire/Bimmer'

Frank Ocean may have unseated Tyler, the Creator as the most popular member of Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All, but the "Yonkers" MC is back to reclaim his throne with Wolf, the follow-up LP to 2011’s wildly misogynistic and ominous release, Goblin. One of the most talked about songs on the album is "Partyisntover/Campfire/Bimmer," a provocative ode featuring Ocean that compares a woman to, you guessed it, a BMW.

Tyler starts off with the line, “you remind me of my Bimmer/a lot of trunk space, the perfect two seater,” with the Channel Orange singer crooning in the background. The catchy track sounds like it's paying homage to R. Kelly’s equally mischievous hit, “You Remind Me of Something,” where the legendary R&B king compared his lover to a Jeep.

Outside of “Bimmer,” Mr. Tyler Gregory Okonma also collaborated with Ocean on "Slater,” which finds the 22-year old spitter rapping the line: “"My bitch is on my handle bars, hair blowing in the wind/her freckles look like candy bars, my cruel summer never ends.”

Fans will also notice that there’s another heavy influence on the 18-track project: Pharrell Williams. The sonic blueprint laid by Williams and his N.E.R.D. collective nearly jumps off every song. The Odd Future MC worked with Skateboard P on "IFHY" and took to Twitter to express how much working with his idol meant: “AND WORKING WITH PHARRELL WAS PROLLY NUMBER ONE MOMENT OF MY LIFE FORSURE.”

The highly-anticipated set, which also features Erykah Badu and Stereolab's Laetitia Sadier, is slated to drop April 2.
