During Lil Wayne’s rant against the Miami Heat at NBA ALL-Star Weekend Chris Bosh and his wife Adrienne Williams Bosh got hit the hardest, with Weezy giving Bosh an ’F— you’ before adding another jab at his wife. The New Orleans rapper has apologized for including LeBron James in the heat of the moment, but he has no remorse for the Bosh comments.
Wayne phoned into Miami’s 99 Jamz station on Wednesday night to discuss the events of that night, and after apologizing for insulting LeBron, the host asked if he felt bad about saying this: “And, and, and, I f–ked Chris Bosh wife.” But, he didn’t. When asked if the statement was true, he simply replied “That ain’t important” and moved on with the conversation. Ouch.
What he did explain though, was where all of that rage came from in the first place. He and Dwayne Wade exchanged some words at a Heat vs. Lakers game last week, in addition to the players usually giving him the cold shoulder.
I was at the game, rooting for the Lakers, saying ’Chris Bosh you can’t hit a shot, D-Wade stop crying, I’m saying whatever I wanna say, I’m a fan of who I’m a fan of,” he explained. “Then Dwyane Wade comes over and he looks at me. I said ’y’all don’t F— with me, so I don’t F— with ya’ll. Yall don’t F— with me’. [Wade] looked me dead in my eye and his exact words were, “We don’t.” He didn’t say “I don’t,’ he said ’We don’t.’ So I said ’okay, well F— you’ then. He said ’well F— you.’
“From that point on I’m turnt up,” Weezy added. “From that point on it’s F— everything about the Heat.”
