Drake’s “no new n----s, n---a we don’t feel that/f--- a fake friend where your real friends at” line from his new song, “Started From The Bottom,” finally makes sense after the visuals dropped last night (February 10) showing how he and his Toronto friends made it to the pinnacle of hip-hop success. And it seems like an official remix of the track might be on the horizon. (We've lost count of the unofficial versions).

"I dropped a new video about 20 minutes ago. We won a Grammy for Best Rap Album," Drake told MTV News correspondent Sway Calloway as he walked the red carpet.

In the five-minute clip, Drizzy can be seen ghost riding a drop top Bentley in the snow, before a flashback lands him in a drugstore with his October’s Very Own cohorts, OB O’Brian and Ryan Silverstein, getting promoted to night manager. The Little X-directed mini movie shows how the first-time Grammy Award-winner rose from “the bottom” to the point where he’s at a prime position to bring his OVO fam along for the ride.

Before winning the Best Rap Album golden gramophone for Take Care, Aubrey Graham hit the red carpet at the Cash Money pre-Grammy party, where he revealed that his upcoming LP, Nothing Was the Same, will hit stores this summer.

“It was about the misinterpretation of me as a person,” the Canadian star told Rap-Up TV about his new single. “I feel like I don’t say enough and people have their own preconceived stories about what I’ve been through. I’m just sort of excited about that song. It means a lot to me and my friends and what we’ve done to get to this position.”

Asked whether he likes any of the remixes that hit the ‘Net from the likes of Wiz Khalifa and others as his Mike Zombie-produced track started to make waves, the Young Money MC implied that he has an "official" remix in the offing. “Not yet ’cause the official remix hasn’t dropped,” he said before walking away.
