Beyonce lit up the Superdome in New Orleans last night during her Super Bowl Halftime extravaganza. Many even dubbed the game "Beyonce Bowl" after her kick-ass medley. But what was the best moment of her performance? Here is what fans were buzzing about on Twitter:
Girl Power: Fans loved Bey's all-girl onstage cast. From her guitar player (with sparklers shooting out of her guitar) to the dozens of dancers who twerked it up for "Crazy In Love" and "Single Ladies," Bey repped for her girls. "Beyonce's estrogen army is on fire!!!!," tweeted journalist Lola Ogunnaike. Another female fan added, "Love that every single person on stage with Beyonce was FEMALE. From dancers to band members. Incredible. #estrogen"
Destiny's Child Reunion: In the middle of Bey's set, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams popped up from trap doors for a surprise cameo. Destiny's Child reunited onstage for the first time in years in a walk down memory lane performance of "Bootylicious" and "Independent Women." During the latter, they even posed in full Charlie's Angels silhouette. "I just really don't think Beyonce is human... Also YAY for Destiny'sChild!!" gushed Demi Lovato, while Bey's sometimes friend Kim Kardashian said, "OMG Beyonce killed it!!! And when Destiny's Child came out...that made my life!#Bootylicious."
Turn On The Lights: Maybe the biggest shock of the night wasn't what happened during Beyonce's performance, but right after. The Superdome went partially black after a power surge. Was Beyonce's high-wattage light and sound set to blame? "Beyonce don caused a Power Outtage!! Lol now you know that Chick Bad!" laughed one fan. According to Bey's other half, Jay-Z, she sure did. "Lights out!!! Any questions??" Hovi tweeted.
