Chris Brown Can't Make Any Big Mistakes With Rihanna

Rihanna has been the subject of a lot of controversy since she’s been so public with her relationship with Chris Brown. Although critics have a lot to say about it, the Unapologetic singer has kept mum about her relationship with Breezy (other than some coy Instagram photos.) In her new cover story with Rolling Stone magazine RiRi finally expressed her thoughts on the subject.

Rihanna knows exactly what is on everyone’s mind regarding the nature of her relationship."You see us walking somewhere, driving somewhere, in the studio, in the club, and you think you know. But it's different now. We don't have those types of arguments anymore. We talk about s---. We value each other. We know exactly what we have now, and we don't want to lose that."

RiRi is known to not care what people think of her, she marches to the beat of her own drum. "I decided it was more important for me to be happy," she told the mag. "I wasn't going to let anybody's opinion get in the way of that. Even if it's a mistake, it's my mistake. After being tormented for so many years, being angry and dark, I'd rather just live my truth and take the backlash. I can handle it."

It’s been four years since Brown assaulted Rihanna the night before the 2009 Grammy Awards, and they have come a long way since then. Besides hanging out with each other, they have also worked together, raising some eyebrows on their “Nobody's Business” collaboration. Although it’s been four years, Chris seems to still be having trouble staying out of trouble given his most recent scuffle with Frank Ocean.

Chris may be still getting into fights with other people but Rihanna knows exactly where she stands with him. "He doesn't have the luxury of f---ing up again," she said. "That's just not an option. I can't say that nothing else will ever go wrong. But I'm pretty solid in the knowing that he's disgusted by that. And I wouldn't have gone this far if I ever thought that was a possibility."
