"Girls" star, writer and director Lena Dunham is not a fan of Chris Brown and Rihanna's relationship. When asked about the controversial pair, who are technically "just friends," Lena said Rihanna's behavior "cracks my heart in half."
"It's amazing. It's an amazing thing and it's like, it's a platform that you have to take seriously," Dunham said of being a role model. "Which is why sometimes...it's like I used to be really into Rihanna, that pop star, and then it's like again, I don't want to ever throw stones from my glass house, but I follow her on Instagram and I just think about how many little girls beyond what I could even comprehend are obsessed with Rihanna," Dunham said on Alec Baldwin's podcast, "Here's The Thing." "Like you know, she left Barbados, she's had this amazing career, she's won a Grammy."
Chris Brown and Rihanna (and sometimes Chris' ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran) have been in an on-again-off-again relationship/friendship for the past year year. In December, the two were cozying up via their respective social media accounts and sharing suggestive photos.
