As Rihanna enters the New Year, she already has a full schedule on her plate including her "Diamonds World Tour" featuring A$AP Rocky and now the full on promotion of two new singles from her first number one album, Unapologetic. Wednesday (January 16), she released the cover art for “Pour It Up and “Stay” featuring Mikky Ekko, which she performed live for the first time on SNL.
But of course what’s a Rihanna single without the provocative cover art to follow? Although “Pour It Up” is a little more toned down, the cover art for “Stay” shows the Roc Nation princess hugging a male figure, who one may assume is her ex-Chris Brown. The only thing that could be seen of this mysterious man is a neck tattoo and a white collared shirt. Interestingly enough, Breezy also has neck tattoos. But this coincidence shouldn’t come as a surprise as the two have been seen hanging out in LA and in each other’s photos.
If you recently questioned Rihanna losing her shine from Beyonce’s GQ cover, think again. Fresh from her December GQ cover, (which she posed nearly nude), RiRi is back to claim her reign with her most recent cover on Complex Magazine, where she shot seven different special edition covers, one for each album.
