VH1's "Love & Hip Hop" returns to its New York City roots Monday night (January 7) on VH1 at 8p.m. Season 3 of the show brings us new faces as well as familiar drama and scores that have yet to be settled.

'Love & Hip Hop' Premiere: Joe Budden And Tahiry Try To Be Friends

One of the biggest expected plot lines revolves around rapper Joe Budden and his many lady loves: current girlfriend Kaylin, ex-girlfriend Tahiry and his supposedly platonic homegirl Raqi Thunda. Too many women and only one Joey.

In a sneak peek, we see Joey and Tahiry trying to mend their friendship given their new, non-romantic status. "I never saw an ending between Joey and I...but he wasn't handling his business," says Tahiry. "I'm notoriously living my life, especially my love life, in the public eye...I miss our friendship," says Joey.

Another couple in turmoil is rapper Consequence and his baby mama Jen "The Pen" Bayer. After having a son recently, the duo are now arguing how about to raise him, specifically as it relates to Cons' Muslim faith. Newcomers Winter Ramos and Rashidah Ali are former assistants in the music industry trying to make it on their own.

Familiar faces Rich Dollaz, Olivia and Erica Mena return with a new twist. Rich and Erica are now seeing each other while Olivia, Rich's singing client, fumes. Will everyone learn to get along? Manager Yandy Smith also makes a return but with a new chapter in her life: mommy and maybe wife. Can Yandy find domestic bliss and industry success?

Tune in tonight for all of the drama.
