Lil Wayne Raps About Frank Ocean's Sexuality In Freestyle

These days Lil Wayne doesn't seem to spend much time worrying about what's happening in the world of pop culture (unless it involves skateboarding) so if you're looking for any kind of commentary on current or recent events, his music will be the place to find it. Just days after dropping his Dedication 4 mixtape, Wayne unleashed another track, which finds him referencing Frank Ocean's sexuality.

Wayne remixes Future's "Turn on the Lights," with one line drawing almost as much attention as Nicki Minaj's now infamous line on their "Mercy" freestyle. "Tell her I skate/ I ain't got no worries/ No Frank Ocean, I'm straight," Wayne raps. He and Ocean were both performers at the MTV Video Music Awards earlier in the month and we wonder if they had a chance to cross paths in the Staples Center.

Ocean surprised fans back in July when he used his Tumblr account to share the liner notes for his Channel Orange album, revealing in detail that his first love was a man. The Odd Future singer was praised by his peers for making such a bold movie.
