Azealia Banks has been known to start trouble on Twitter with her uncensored opinions, but now she's showing a softer side by apologizing for one of her previous outbursts towards Kreayshawn. As the Oakland rapper quickly forgave, the once feuding foes patched things up in a matter of minutes and even expressed interest in working together.
Yesterday, Banks reached out to Kreayshawn via Twitter explaining that the feud was just a misunderstanding. “@KREAYSHAWN I apologize for coming down on you so hard earlier this year,” she tweeted. “I missunderstood that pornhub rt. I can be really defensive sometimes. I’m just naturally rude. LMFAOO it’s a NY thing… I can’t help it," she wrote.
Kreayshawn, set to release her debut Something ‘Bout Kreay in September, wrote back, “It’s all G! I fux with you[r] music above all!”. “You have those fire barz gurlll!” With that squabble now behind them, Banks even offered up a collaboration, “@KREAYSHAWN lets collab. Let’s throw @NativeRaeen in the mix there tooo”. Kreayshawn gladly agreed responding, “I’m down!!! FIRE FUEGO!!”.
The beef erupted earlier this year when The “Gucci Gucci” rapper retweeted a link to Banks' popular single “212” that led to a pornographic website. After seeing the tweet Banks immediately took jabs at Kreay writing @KREAYSHAWN “you think you're funny?” she wrote. “You're a dumb bitch. And you can't rap. I'll sit on your face. ... Fall back sl-- Lol. This is how bitches wanna start the new year ? They want their mics ate this early ? Oh man. I can't I can't I can't. Right now. I simply. Omfg. Why f--- with me tho? What have I ever said about you or done to you for that matter? Lolololololololol Ok. Ok. I'm done. This is silly. cannot.”
