Drake Sells Miami Condos From 'I'm On One' Video

Here are some digs where you can really get your skin tan and your hair long. Rapper Drake has put two expansive luxury beach condos from his hit music video "I'm On One" with DJ Khaled, Lil Wayne and Rick Ross on sale in Miami. TMZ reports that one ocean view manse clocks in at a massive 3,800 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms while the more "modest" unit comes in at 1,675 square feet.

With swanky features like floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows, gourmet kitchens, exotic, natural wood cabinetry and noise-reduction partition walls, the opportunities for partying like a hip-hop star are truly endless. The price tags on the ritzy high rises are steep, $1.9 million and $599,000, respectively, but Y.O.L.O. after all. If both are sold, Drizzy stands to pocket about a cool $599,000, which would equate to about one Maybach (if they were still being sold).

Aside from high-end real estate ventures, Drake has been keeping himself busy musically since the start of the year. He appears on fellow "I'm On One" rapper Rick Ross' new Rich Forever mixtape alongside Nas, Pharrell, Diddy, 2 Chainz, Wale, Meek Mill, French Montana and more. The album's "Stay Schemin" track has also spurred a much-talked about lyrical bout of sorts with Chicago rapper Common.
