Ludacris and 50 Cent were both in attendance at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas this week, where the two rappers promoted their respective headphone brands. Fif gave the lowdown on his SMS Audio headphones (including the Sync by 50 wireless headphones and Street by 50 wired headphones) while Luda gave the scoop on his Soul by Ludacris premium line, which includes the Party In A Box (or PIAB)--essentially an ultra modern spin on the boombox.
“The only reason I even wanted to do a headphone line was because I heard the competition and wanted to make something way better.” Ludacris told MTV news. “It's about perfection, man. I'm a perfectionist.”
Fueling his charitable initiatives, 50 Cent chatted about his partnership with Feeding America, where all U.S. sales through his website are used to provide meals for American families in need. The Sync by 50 retail for $399.95, and the Street by 50 are priced at $299.95.
