On Drake’s Take Care single “Crew Love,” the Toronto rapper enlists his pal The Weeknd to brag about how much their October's Very Own squad holds things down, but Drake is a generous guy and he wants us all to get in on the action. Just know that it won’t be cheap. The Young Money rapper is offering fans a chance to be an honorary part of his OVO crew with a $5,000 CDN limited edition bomber jacket.
The luxury leather jacket--buffalo leather, to be exact--features a silk-linked interior and a detachable fox fur trim along with gold-plated hardware. If you’re so inclined to drop 5Gs (approximately $4, 884 USD) on the new piece, it’s available for purchase beginning on December 28, in Drake’s hometown, as well as in New York, Tokyo and Osaka.
Drake was most recently spotted filming the visuals for Rick Ross' upcoming mixtape Rich Forever but Mr. OVO is also prepping for his 2012 tour, in addition to shooting more videos for Take Care. "It's a project where I think visuals are called for, for a lot of those records," Drake told MTV News of his sophomore album. "So we're working on definitely the "Take Care" video, which we're trying to get shot soon and a couple of other ones, too, off the album."
"I want to make it perfect — the best video I've done to date — so I'm just taking my time," he said.
