Lil’ Kim has been making moves of late with her name buzzing amid reports of a new major label deal and other behind the scene moves for the popular Brooklyn rap diva. Although the Queen Bee had to duck some recent jabs from fellow BK bombshell rapper Foxy Brown, it hasn’t slowed down Kim’s growing momentum nor dulled the passion of her loyal fan base. Lil’ Kim jumped into a time machine recently with old friend 50 Cent to recreate some, um, magic during a recent show in Australia.
Global rap icon and part-time actor 50 Cent continues to thrill fans beyond the confines of the states, with a loyal international following latching on to his continued big moves. At the WinterBeatz Festival in the capital city of Perth, Fif was the headlining act on Wednesday (August 17) and brought out Lil’ Kim to rock their joint 2003 track “Magic Stick” from Kim’s third studio LP La Bella Mafia.
For the sexually suggestive song, Kim was decked in a skintight all-black getup and played up the sex appeal for the audience with 50 following suit. An interesting point: this is the first time the two have rocked the song live together some eight years since its inception.
The pair playfully danced on each other, with 50 Cent grinning ear to ear as the pint-sized diva hugged and danced closely to the G-Unit mogul. Satisfied fans could be heard erupting in excitement when Kim hit the stage as the two hammed it up for the audience.
There have also been reports that Lil’ Kim is now a part of the G-Unit machine, although the reports are largely unconfirmed at the time.
