Bill O’Reilly Calls Lupe Fiasco A ‘Pinhead’ Following Obama Comments

Fox News' "The O’Reilly Factor" host and political commentator Bill O’Reilly has aimed some harsh words towards Lupe Fiasco for his controversial remarks made last week in an interview with CBS News in which he called President Obama a terrorist. O’Reilly, reportedly neutral in his political views, took umbrage with the Chicago rapper’s words regarding Obama by calling Lupe’s words “outrageous.”

Yesterday on the O’Reilly Factor, the host turned his glowering gaze and criticism of Fiasco’s accusation with his usual sarcastic and biting flair. In a transcript from last evening’s show, O’Reilly even went as far to fling an insult towards Lupe and mocking the rapper’s stage name as well.

“Mr. Fiasco has been invited on "The Factor" but has declined, possibly because he could not possibly defend that remark, which makes him a pinhead. Now the reason I say I wish I was named Lupe Fiasco, wouldn't it be great, "The Fiasco Factor"? I mean, it would be tremendous,” said O’Reilly after repeating the controversial quotes from Lupe Fiasco.

Lupe is apparently not alone in his assessment of President Obama with some rappers adding their take on the comments he made. Prodigy of Mobb Deep fame agreed with Fiasco by saying in a recent interview with Hip Hop DX, “I would have to agree with him. Most of these politicians and these government officials, most of them are the real terrorists.”

West coast rapper The Game was recently asked to weigh in on the comments regarding Lupe’s Obama comments but deftly sidestepped any potential controversy by supporting both Obama and Lupe equally regardless of the tiff and even saying, “I know Lupe, he’s a good dude” the rapper told RapUp.

No word yet if Lupe Fiasco will change his mind and join Bill O’Reilly on his television show but the pair has been linked before. Early last year, Lupe made headlines by seeming to side with O’Reilly’s comments comparing Lupe’s Chicago hometown with Haiti.
