The drama just rolls on, doesn't it? Foxy Brown's former manager Bernadette Brennan is not the only one planning a lawsuit against the MC, producer Daddy Digg$ is also toying with a similar idea. The gentleman says that Fox duped him into financing her Christmas Massacre LP  and now he is in debt after she did not fulfill their studio time.

"She can't meet deadlines on anything," the beat-maker told the New York Daily News.

In 2010, Fox Boogie and Brennan stopped by MTV News to chat with Sway about allegations that she'd "mooned" her neighbor in Brooklyn, NY just before her arrest in 2010.

"Foxy likes me to be here because she wants everyone to know that she's a pillar of her community, she's articulate, she's well-spoken," Brennan told MTV News, as Foxy nodded beside her. "Basically, right now, we're in the studio making records. We're getting ready to put out Black Roses and we're continuing to move on. We're really not trying to let this get in our way, we're trying to put this behind us and just move on."

Times have changed and Brennan recently announced that she's preparing to sue the New York rapper for $100,000, to recoup her financial investment into the artist after bankrolling her recording time as well as bailing her out of jail last year. Digg$, like Brennan, claimed he also invested money in Christmas Massacre, what was to be Brown's first CD since 2008 — whether this album is the new title for the oft-delayed Black Roses is unclear. But neither Brennan nor Digg$ knew the other was funding Foxy.

"She was playing us both," Digg$ said. "Very deceptive, and it hurts the credibility of our companies."

When the pair realized they weren't alone, they decided to join forces to release Christmas Massacre, beginning with the single "U Ain't Ruff Enough." However, Foxy announced that the pair weren't legally capable of making that decision and decided to dole out two of her own lawsuits.

"Damn, if ya'll don't hear it from a MARCHAND (Inga, Gavin or Anton) its bullsh--! Fox will be on Hot 97 next week addressing everything… 'The Massacre' continues," the MC tweeted. "My attorney officially hit the thief bastards in the fraudulent song scam with an immediate cease and desist!"

In her message Foxy also all but confirmed that her upcoming record will address Nicki Minaj and her long-time rap adversary Lil' Kim.

"And contrary to the bullsh-- that was posted …'Christmas Massacre' is NOT supporting homegirl and dissin’ shorty!" she continued. " 'Massacre' is ... the response to biches thinkin’ its sweet insinuating my name in that beef! 'Machine Gun Kelly' bitch! I am the streets! I aint’ taking NO sides ... FOX stand alone!"

A representative for Foxy Brown declined to comment at press time.
