Lil' Kim On Nicki Minaj, Diddy: A RapFix Twee-Cap

On Friday (December 17), New York's Hot 97 reminded us why we love radio.

Lil' Kim stopped by the station's lower Manhattan, NY offices for a salacious chat, reaching far back in the the MC's history with current rival, Nicki Minaj. As we did with Nicki Minaj's equally salacious interview with Hot's afternoon jock Angie Martinez, we reported on the situation as it happened. Some of our @MTVRapFix followers tweeted that we were "stirring" things up, but like we wrote in less than 140 characters, RapFix is just reporting the facts.

In keeping with that tradition, we thought it prudent to round-up a Twee-cap of Kimmy Blanco's most interesting moments from the conversation that may or may not have encouraged the returns of Eve and Foxy Brown. Will there be enough space? But we digress.

Without further ado here are Kim's Hot (abridged) Highlights:

"That ain't the Faith I knew. She was a stalker on me and Big ... I was his girlfriend." - Lil' Kim on the portrayal of Faith, Notorious B.I.G.'s wife, in the "Notorious" film. The two dated while Big was married to Faith.

"I saw her coming in the game, like, 'All you chicks that been in the game for 10 years, move over. Y'all need to sit down.' And this and that. I thought that was disrespectful." - Lil' Kim on why she feels slighted by Nicki Minaj.

"I could see that I influenced her a lot ... My thing is this: I haven't been doing music like that for a second and I looked at her buzz as a way in for me. I'm like, 'OK, this is a good thing. This a way for me to kind of come back in.' "

"I was in the studio with Cash Money getting ready to do a record with her, talking to Baby and Slim ... We did a song and they put it on iTunes ... and I guess the song didn't get the response they wanted so they pulled it. Then I couldn't get anybody on the phone ... - Kim on she and Nicki's original collaboration, "Everywhere We Go."

"Slim and them played me and she's throwing shots and I see her at [Diddy's son] Justin's birthday party ... You see me, say something ... If you gon' steal my swag, you gon' have to pay for that ... I'm not taking my foot off her neck ... I would do a song with her ... $7 million? Maybe."

"Where I'm at with Puffy is I'm sick of it. Be loyal to one person ... He just over there with her until the next hot sh-- come along ... Whoever is hot, he's a powerful man. She's only with you because I was with you. Do you really have love for me? - Lil' Kim on Diddy.

"I got some stuff coming before the holiday," Kim said, which is interesting because, like we said, so does Foxy Brown. The Brooklyn MC has announced that she will speak on her rift with Kim this Friday (December 24) as well as drop her "Christmas Massacre" track. Will we still be able to have a happy holiday with all of this tweef, er, beef?
