In the new trailer, "Killing Monsters," aging "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" hero Geralt of Rivia shows that there's more than one kind of monster he's willing to put to death by the sword.
We're still a while away from the 2014 release of "The Witcher 3," but it looks like we're getting closer to developer CD Projekt Red showing off what's next for their white-haired monster slayer. If you're headed to Gamescom, it's likely you'll see... something from the game there. When we last left Geralt, he was confronting a fellow Witcher-turned-assassin who was making life terrible and short for the local royals. "The Witcher 3" takes place some years later, in what the developer has said is the final adventure for the character but not the end of the series. Or something along those lines.
Meanwhile the developer is also working on "Cyberpunk 2077," whose status I'm definitely curious about.
