Former Epic Designer Cliff Bleszinski Teases New Project

This morning, Bleszinski gave his Twitter followers a first look at what he’s been up to since departing Epic back in October of last year. After the jump, get a (partial) look at what he’s working on.

I don’t know if Bleszinski subscribes to the embedded teasers within the teaser approach, but I’m certain someone out there will be able to divine some secret about what looks to be–at least on the very surface–another shooter from the “Gears of War” designer. Back in December, Bleszinski revealed the first new IP he would be working on post-Epic, codenamed “Silverstreak.” Could this be the first signs of that project? Is it even a game?

Back in October of last year, Bleszinski departed Epic after two decades working with the studio, helping bring “Unreal,” “Gears of War” and more to consoles and the PC in his time there. At the time, he explained his departure by saying “I literally grew up in this business, as Mike [Capps] likes to say. And now that I’m grown up, it’s time for a much needed break.”

Well, it looks like the break’s over.
