‘Neverwinter’ MMO Officially Launches This Month

Cryptic Studios and Perfect World revealed that the D&D MMO “Neverwinter” would be ending its lengthy beta for an official release on June 20th.

According to a post at OnRPG, the “Neverwinter” launch would be accompanied by more endgame content with the introduction of the “Gauntlgrym” expansion. Plus, later this summer, the “Fury of the Feywild” DLC will add more content to the game in a storyline featuring “Fomorian Giants [attempts] to seize the Elven city of Sharandar.”

Players who’ve been in “Neverwinter” up until now will keep their stats and characters, and shouldn’t expect more than just a brief period of downtime on launch day for maintenance.
