Enter SEGA/Namco-Bandai/Capcom’s ‘Project X Zone’ In June

The massive crossover 3DS strategy RPG “Project X Zone” is coming to North America on June 25th.

Joystiq caught sight of the announcement over on the Namco Bandai official page touting the summer release. The Banpresto-Monolith Software collaboration brings together scores of characters and music from SEGA, Namco Bandai, and Capcom’s decades of publishing history in a gigantic team-up to find the mysterious “Portalstone” which allows passage between universes. Didn’t something like that figure into the main story of “Street Fighter X Tekken?”

This might not be a final date: neither Capcom nor SEGA have made the announcement and (not that this is ever an accurate measurement of things) the Amazon product page shows an August 31 release date.
