Eidos Montreal shows off more of the "augmented" edition of the 2011 cyberpunk action-RPG.
Square Enix and developer Eidos Montreal dropped some additional details on the new features coming to the Wii U port of "Deus Ex: Human Revoltuion," including a GamePad mode, along with GamePad-centric features like hacking, using the sniper scope, and reviewing protagonist Adam Jensen's radar and inventory.
The "Director's Cut" of "Human Revolution" also includes the ability to throw back enemy grenades, a new augmentation for Jensen called "Tactical Pattern-Recognition System" which uses the GamePad to scope out new information about NPCs including their inventory and health, and the campaign will receive a new game+ allowing you to keep the same augmentations across playthroughs. Eidos Montreal also boasts that the boss encounters have been redesigned to allow a player who might have maxed out their non-lethal abilities to win without firing a single shot.
"Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut" will be out sometime in 2013 for the Wii U.
