I Already Want Udon’s Just Announced ‘Persona 4 Arena: Official Design Works’

If you’re at all familiar with the world of domestic art books based on video games and animation, you’re probably more than passingly familiar with the work of Udon Entertainment.

Their July release will include character designs and artwork for Atlus’ 2012 fighting game based on “Persona 4.”

Destructoid reports that “Persona 4 Arena: Official Design Works” will make its debut this July at San Diego Comic-Con before Udon brings it to PAX Prime in Seattle.

The images below are all preliminary, pending licensor approval, but you get the sense that it’s going to be well-designed, borrowing the slanting text aesthetic and clean lines of the game. No word on pricing as of yet, but look for something in the ballpark of $40-$50 for a softcover, $100 if there’s a hardcover version.
