Telltale’s ‘The Walking Dead’ Headed To PlayStation Vita

Ready to play Telltale’s “The Walking Dead” on the go without having to rely solely on touch controls? Then you’ll probably be happy to know that the game is officially heading to Sony’s PlayStation Vita… someday.

Speaking to IGN, PlayStation director of product planning and platform software innovation Don Mesa confirmed that Telltale’s episodic, zombie-infested smash-hit will soon be making the leap to Sony’s latest handheld.

“Having [a studio] like Telltale, a very successful indie developer, coming in to support us sends a strong message,” Mesa said.

Unfortunately, a specific release date for “The Walking Dead” on PS Vita has yet to be set. It is also still unknown whether the game will be released as episodes, like it was on other platforms, or all at once.

The good news is we know it’s coming – all that’s left is the wait.
