Square Enix Announces HD Versions Of ‘Final Fantasy X’ And ‘X-2′ For The Vita And PS3 [Screenshots]

The single disc/card release of the PS2’s “Final Fantasy X” and its dress up-heavy spinoff “Final Fantasy X-2″ later this year, with a trailer incoming on Monday.

And that’s it, that’s all we know. But hey, check out some HD screens of Yuna after the jump!

Square Enix has launched a page for “Final Fantasy X | X2 HD Remaster” (that’s the official title) and have even given the game an Amazon preorder link (don’t get too excited, it’s got the default December 31 release date). Still, we can probably expect the 12-year-old “X” and its followup to receive trophy support to go along with its hot new 16:9 visuals.
