‘F-Zero’ Now Available on Wii U For Just 30 Cents

Continuing the Famicom 30th Anniversary celebration, Nintendo has released the second Virtual Console title for Wii U. Like “Balloon Trip” before it, “F-Zero” is now available for download through the eShop for a mere $0.30.

Nintendo announced Wii U’s Virtual Console Trial Campaign last month, kicking things off with Balloon Trip. For the next 30 days, “F-Zero” is the game to get. When the current 30-day, 30-cent deal is done, the NES classic “Punch-Out!!” will take it’s place.

The Trial Campaign will run into August, wrapping things up with the original Donkey Kong. Check out the full list of games and dates for the promotion below.

Ballon Fight (NES) – 1/23 to 2/21
F-Zero (SNES) – 2/20 to 3/21
Punch-Out!! Featuring Mr. Dream (NES) – 3/20 to 4/18
Kirby’s Adventure (NES) – 4/17 to 5/16
Super Metroid (SNES) – 5/15 to 6/13
Yoshi (NES) – 6/12 to 7/11
Donkey Kong (NES) – 7/15 to 8/13
