Last month’s massive, Wii U Nintendo Direct shed light on upcoming Zelda and Mario Kart games, and Nintendo’s returning with another broadcast set for tomorrow, February 14th at 6am PT/9am ET. This time the North American stream will spend more time on 3DS games, but don’t count Wii U out.
During the last Nintendo Direct, Satoru Iwata mentioned 3DS owners would soon be getting another Nintendo Direct of their own. Tomorrow’s presentation seems to be just that, but the brief description from Nintendo does mention that the North American broadcast will cover Wii U games as well.
We already know that a 3D Mario game and a new Wii U Mario Kart will be playable at this year’s E3. So, what other Wii U games would Nintendo like to talk about? Will we get more info on the upcoming titles they’ve already announced, or does Nintendo have something else up their sleeve? We’ll have to wait until tomorrow morning to find out.
Interestingly, the European Nintendo Direct makes no mention of Wii U, sticking solely to Nintendo 3DS.
