Next For Atlus: A Downloadable Four-Player Co-Op Shooter?

From the folks that brought you "Shin Megami Tensei" comes an over-the-shoulder arcade shooter with powers and stuff.

Technically, it's from developer OldSchool games, but it's a little off the beaten path for Atlus, whose stock and trade is typically sprawling RPGs. "God Mode" is a four-player cooperative arena shooter featuring customizations, upgrades, and RPG elements in what looks like a mix of "Quake 3: Arena" and the modern crush of character mod-based shooters on the market.

The whole thing is set in Hades, and while there are no story details to speak of, I'm guessing your character's going to spend most of his time trying to shoot his way out.

We can look forward to "God Mode" sometime in early 2013 on Steam, PSN, and XBLA.
