Nothing insightful to add here–it’s just weird that THQ went back to the same well for another game. Personally, I prefer this one, titled “Survivors,” for capturing the mood of its game a little better than “The Last Sermon” did.
Here’s the official synopsis for the 2013 post-apocalyptic shooter:
Set beneath the ruins of post-apocalyptic Moscow, in the tunnels of the metro, players take control of Artyom as he holds on for survival, battling mutants and other remnants of mankind in the catacombs beneath the desolate surface and on the poisonous outside world. With station-cities of the metro locked in a struggle for the ultimate power, a doomsday device from the military vaults of D6, players must prevent a civil war that could wipe humanity from the face of the earth forever in the sequel to the critically acclaimed, cult-classic Metro 2033.
“Metro: Last Light” will be available on the PS3, PC, and Xbox 360 on March 31st.
