343 Industries Will Live Stream ‘Halo 4′ Multiplayer Today at 2pm ET!

Want to get an early look at “Halo 4” multiplayer (again)? Well, it turns out you can do just that today at 2pm ET, thanks to the team at 343 Industries and their live-streaming Twitch.TV channel! Adding to the pre-release fun, it looks like Microsoft’s Major Nelson will be taking Halo 4 related question via Twitter.

While you’re watching the multiplayer stream you will be able to tweet questions at Major Nelson by including the hashtag #halo4stream. Those of you who haven’t been consumed by the Twitter-verse quite yet can head over to Major Nelson’s official blog and leave your questions in the comments section while you watch.

Though we still have a few things to learn before “Halo 4″ lands on November 6th, we do now that multiplayer is now known as Infinity. The name comes from a massive vessel (the UNSC Infinity) that was sent into deep space as a training arena for Spartans. There are two modes within Infinity – War Games is where we’ll find Slayer, CTF and more, while Spartan Ops will have players taking part in episodic, co-op missions.

What new aspect of Halo 4 multiplayer are you most excited for? What questions do you still have? Hit the comments section and share your thoughts!
