Rockstar Announces Four-Game Collection, December 'GTA V' Game Informer Cover Story

Rockstar Games Collection 1 will give you a chance to play some modern classics next month on the PS3 and Xbox 360.

The collection will include Red Dead Redemption, GTA IV expansions Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City, L.A. Noire, and Midnight Club: Los Angeles. These all sound like baseline experiences, so I imagine expansions like the "Undead Nightmare" DLC for Red Dead or any of the additional cases from L.A. Noire will be part of the discount-priced bundle. I am curious as to why Rockstar opted to release the two GTA IV expansions instead of the main game here.

The quartet will be included in a boxset for a suggested retail price of $59.99 and will be available on November 6th.

And looking forward, Grand Theft Auto V will be the cover story for December's issue of Game Informer. According to their site, their contributors Matt Bertz, Matt Helgeson, and Andy McNamara are currently at Rockstar's New York offices checking the game out--meaning we might be inching closer to a release date reveal.
