Green Arrow Joins ‘Injustice’ Roster, Ed Boon To Announce Two More Tomorrow

It’s a good week for DC Comic’s emerald archer: the new TV series Arrow is out in the wild (MTV Geek’s review). And now he’s one of the new combatants joining Netherrealms’ Injustice: Gods Among Us next year.

EW has released a trailer for the new addition (sorry, no embed available) along with a full look at Oliver Queen’s revamped costume for the game.

And according to series Creative Director Ed Boon, we should expect to get two more reveals tomorrow, courtesy of his Twitter feed. He’s even given up one small clue that’s likely Green Lantern but that I’m secretly hoping is Swamp Thing.

What can I say? I prefer primal, quasi-mythical swamp creatures to cocky pilots turned space cops.
