The soundtrack for the enigmatic first-person exploration game from Plastic Studios is free on PSN today as a gift from the developer and publisher Sony, according to a post on the PlayStation Blog.
In a piece reflecting on audience reaction to some of the more oblique mysteries of the PSN exclusive, Plastic Studios' game director Michal Staniszewski revealed that fans of the game could pick up the soundtrack today. But more interestingly, he talked about the various, possibly missed connections strewn throughout Datura for players to pick up on, and how the challenge of this particular title wasn't linked to a gradual increase in difficulty, but instead to the way information was delivered and could be perceived by the player. It's a fascinating if short read and you should really check it out.
