Last year the PSN was graced with a little downloadable title known as Red Johnson's Chronicles and, as you'd expect from any game using the word “chronicles” in the title, the franchise is getting its first sequel this September. However, this release will find its home on PS3, PC and Xbox 360.
The first game in the series had Red Johnson investigating a single murder in his puzzle-based noir world. However, the sequel, dubbed Red Johnson's Chronicles: One Against All, promises fans of the original an all-new story where players will be forced to use in-game tools and their brains to analyze crime scenes and interrogate witnesses.
The first game was only available on PSN, but developer Lexis Numérique has teamed with Namco Bandai to bring the game over to PC and Xbox 360, alongside the PlayStation release.
"We are proud to publish such an original game and support the talented development studio Lexis Numérique," said Olivier Comte, Senior Vice President, NAMCO BANDAI Games Europe S.A.S. "We believe it is important to promote a variety of quality titles and Red Johnson's Chronicles - One Against All is a unique game that will appeal to many players."
Red Johnson's Chronicles: One Against All will be released on XBLA and the PSN mid September 2012. The original game and the sequel will be available for PC gamers “soon.”
