The first episode, "A New Day," is live (so to speak) in the iTunes store right now, and it'll run you $4.99 for both the iPad and iPhone versions. Telltale notes that you need an iPad 2/iPhone 4 and up if you want to check out their survival horror adventure game. Plus, they're offering a discount if you preorder episodes 2-5 at $14.99.
The first episode introduces you to convict Lee Everett who literally crashes into the middle of the zombie apocalypse that overtakes Georgia the rest of the country. It was quite good on the PC and I'm hoping that the mobile/table port can hold up (although I can't imagine trying to search for clues and items on the iPhone's screen).
For the moment, Telltale isn't providing a date for when the recently-released second episode, "Starving for Help," will make its way to mobile.
