Punches for All: ‘Double Dragon: Neon’ Dated and Priced

The downloadable follow-up to the classic brawler series is on the way to XBLA and PSN in September.

Details and pricing after the jump.

The tongue-in-cheek Neon will be hitting PSN on September 11th and September 12th on XBLA for $9.99/800 MSP respectively from developer WayForward Technologies and publisher Majesco.

Neon is WayForward’s comic-action homage to the 80’s, according to their original announcement of the game, featuring music, fashion, and visuals that would have been right at home during Double Dragon’s 1987 release.

From the original synopsis:

Taking place in a hyper-saturated omniverse, players beat up baddies across earth and beyond against the Black Dragon Clan’s most nefarious leader yet– the supernatural scourge Skullmageddon. You could go it alone, but why wouldn’t you want to grab a buddy and take your game to the next level with drop-in, drop-out online ‘Bro-Op’?!
