This fairly hefty gameplay video shows off the grid-based exploration heading into 2D action for the SEGA/Capcom/Namco Bandai collaboration. While there's still no word on when this one will be coming stateside, the 3DS title will feature content from over 25 games according to a translation from Andriasang.
Check out the Project X Zone trailer after the jump.
The trailer is a healthy glimpse of the game's combat which allows for some busy two-character combo attacks against the game's enemies. The lineup promises over 200 characters across the three companies' respective franchises, meaning plenty of combos to dole out. From the looks of it, you can also bring in additional support characters during combat to mess your opponents up something fierce.
Frankly, it's all kind of inscrutable lacking a proper Japanese translation, but the game looks colorful and wild.
Project X Zone will be available in Japan on October 11th.
