It's the year 2012 and we're getting a new, not-digital pinball game. That's kind of boss.
Details and pics of the tables after the jump.
Okay, it's not that strange to see a new pinball table in 2012, it's just that besides this table's manufacturer, STERN Pinball, there aren't really many/any other companies making tables. The two tables, one featuring Magneto, with purple and red flourishes, while the other features Wolverine in yellow and blue, both arrive a little under a year before the X-Men franchise celebrates its 50th anniversary.
The table includes villain characters Juggernaut, The Brotherhood of Mutants, The Hellfire Club, Shadow King, Sabertooth, Sentinels and Omega Red, along with a Blackbird launcher and game modes related to the X-Men universe.
Now maybe this one will pop up in your local arcade or Dave & Buster's or whatever, but barring that, you can take home one of the two models available (if you have the coin): the PRO version will set you back $5699 (no, I didn't miss any decimals) while the LE version is running $7999.
This is what a pinball table looks like, young people:
