Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock Set For May 23rd on PSN

By Jeffrey Matulef

Tracking Doctor Who through space and time is a sticky wicket alright, but by jove, I think we’ve got it! Thanks to the PlayStation Blog, we’ve deduced his arrival in Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock to earth, Wed, May 23rd. Its method of transport; digitally via PlayStation Network on PS3, with PS Vita, PC, and Mac versions on the way. There will also be a retail release exclusive to the UK on May 25th.

Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock is a 2D puzzle/platformer starring Matt Smith and Alex Kingston reprising their roles as Doctor Who and Rivers Song respectively. The game will feature optional co-op as the pair make their way through four periods of London ranging from Elizabethan, Victorian, present day, and the future. Intriguingly, what you do in one time period will affect subsequent ones. As Grandpa Simpson once said, “If you ever travel back in time, don’t step on anything. Because even the slightest change can alter the future in ways you can’t imagine.” You hear that, Doctor Who companions? Quit wandering off!
